Not sure what you mean, but maybe getRowData method will return the desired result.

Regards

Ok, I finally got real "ammunition" data to render in the grid. YEAH!

So, onto more particular options that I can set.

I see in the xmlReader, there is an option to set the row "id". Is there anyone out there taking advantage of jqGrid correlating this xml element attribute? If so, how are you using it?

Since I am finally able to get static xml data to render/display in the grid, I now need to figure out how to take row data and push this to a accordion type of display. Row data currently being displayed is only a small subset of the whole item. Just enough information given to the site user for them to click on an item of particular interest. This action should result in the full item details being displayed in an accordion.

got any suggestions??
