There are the properties modal and jqmodal.  I understand jqmodal:true uses the jquery modal dialog that also zebra's the background and prevents you from doing anything other than responding to the dialog or canceling it by clicking on the background.

modal:true does the same thing if jqmodal plugin is present.

So my questions are...

1. So why have both properties?

2. Will modal:true still zebra and disable the backgrouond if the jquery modal plugin is not present?
