This is a jQuery UI theme, you have to download it from the jQuery UI website.

You can download the theme you want but you'll have to change the path to the stylesheet :

    Actual : css/ui-lightness/jquery-ui-1.7.1.custom.css

    New (example) : css/blitzer/jquery-ui-1.8.4.custom.css
