        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>After much frustration with getting the Multiselect widget to work with jqGrid, I was able to find a solution.</p>
</p>
<p>Of course, I tried all of the "usual suspects" like onInitializeForm, afterShowForm, setTimeout, and so on &#8230;&#160;but nothing seemed to work. &#160;&#160;</p>
<p>I finally solved it and I thought I would share with everyone as I really like both&#160;of these plugins.</p>
