The depended listbox case is discussed many times here. There is solution posted from me. Just serch for it.

Short you should use dataEvents to bind a change event.

I have the following problem, i need to use the formedit to update a record in which there are two chained selects, to load the select I am using the dataUrl property in editoptions however i need to load the form with two select values assigned to them, the value its the currrent record value, but the second select should have the options that pertain only to the parameter given by the first one.

another option is to do with custom form, but i cant or i dont know how to update the data in the database, the data its only updated on the grid.
