This is connected with the behavior of the modal - If you

click outside of modal - the modal is closed. If you do not want this

happen - set the modal option to true - i.e modal:true in the parameters

of the editing and adding.

One comment says that it isn't a problem anymore. I feel pretty sure this is easy to resolve.

The other problem I described, you did not comment on, is that selecting the date in the date picker closes the Add dialog. I have not seen a comment on this issue.

This is z- index issue. Check the z-index of ui datepicker. By default

the modals use zindex 950. You can control this setting the zIndex

property as parameter for the edit and add dialogue or simple change

the zindex in css of ui datepicker

Version 3.0 works ok in both inline editing and in the add dialog.

Version 3.4 worked for inline, but did not work in the add dialog.

What I saw was that the datepicker dialog opened under the add dialog. I    also observed that when clicking on a date caused both the add dialog and datepicker dialog to close.
