Can I change this message ?

2) When I submit the action (Edit/Add/Delete) I received in my server side code a variable called oper that contains the operation to be executed, an id and "custom" data (fields in my grid). How do I inform to the grid taht everything goes OK or bad. I am getting "error Status: Internal Server Error Error code: 500" because I do not know which value return of my server side code
