I think this is not jqGrid Problem.

Check your encoding into the html page.

I have problem with russian symbols after manual editing rows in my jQgrid. It seems that jQgrid insert's data with other encoding than my table have(utf-8). Other data (filled manually without jQgrid)-ok.

What can i do?
