First i want to thanky you for jqgrid, it's really great. Clientside data handling since 3.7 is amazing.

However I have some questions/problems with search options (client side data handling, no server request):

1) i could not find a way to configure filterToolbar to use the search option "contains" instead of "begins with". Is this a feature request, or is an option available for filterToolbar()?

2) to provide a "contains" search, I activated the navGrid searchbutton. This search works fine, however it does not work for columns where the name string is different to the index string in the ColModel. My colModel seems to be fine (all other operations like sorting, filter.. work), so it looks like a bug to me?

A last request: is there an easy way to provide a case-insensitive client side string search?

Thx!
Oliver
