Hi!

I am new to jqGrid, so this might be a newbie question.

I have a grid much like the one in the "hierarchy / expand all rows on load" example on the jqGrid demo page. (Except that I don't expand every subgrid, but this is another story.)

If you check that example and click the refresh button on the grid, you can see that it collapses the subgrids and reopens them after. This makes the subgrids "flash" which isn't something you want to see on any ajax webpage.

Is there a smart way to resolve this?

Cheers,

Kristof
