EDIT – The original problem we were incorrect about.  The current problem is that the Loading dialog does not go away on IE.

EDIT ( LATEST )- Sorry for the confusion.  I was able to reproduce the bug again when putting shrinkToFit in the instantiation of the grid for IE in compat and non-compat mode.

Seems IE8 JS engine is horrible, unpredictable.
