I can get this to work on the initial load of the page by setting the postdata, however I'm noticing that the filter toolbar & advanced search dialog get out of sync, and I cannot figure out how to make them reconcile with each other.

So two questions:

1. how can I fix the display on the toolbar & advanced search so that it reflects the current postdata

2. How can I keep the two synched up, most likely I can just use the sol'n to #1 before they load or after each search to keep the other mode up to date.
