Is it possible to implement something like this? The problem is that we got highly restyled, restructured grid and we got to make seach control to fit the overall design. For example it should be always visible, search by field should be drop-down menu, etc.

What would be great – is to have some function which we can call, having values for search by field, filter and actual search string and for search to perform it's magic as usual. Is there such possibillity?
