Obviously, I could swap out the grid code for jqgrid, but then the fonts and colors and wouldn't be as smoothly integrated.  I saw one theme based on ThemeRoller (http://www.admintasia.com/), but I can't tell if jqgrid would be any easier to integrate.

If there's a dashboard/admin theme that already incorporates jqgrid, I'd probably use it, so I didn't have to deal with jquery, jqueryui and the various plugins.
