Probably you should work with internal 'data' parameter. You can get the reference to the parameter by getGridParam('data').

I'm trying to send back the "Key"(column name) Value of all the rows , but it seems that jqGrid('getRowData', id) can only get the rows of current page , but if I have more than 1 page , is there a function which can retrieve all the data ?
