I like to say thanks to everyone who has worked to make jqgrid such a great web tool.  We have been using the plugin in 1 of our sites for sometime, however we are looking to do a redesign and I have a few questions.

1) Is it possible to display the Column Headers in the footer as well instead of a pager toolbar?  And if so, can someone point me in the right direction on how to configure something like this.

2) Is it possible to display buttons in a row when doing a mouseover of the row?  So, basically the buttons only show up during the highlight of the row and then they are able to click on those buttons.

If someone can please point me in the right direction that would be great.  Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.
