I'm new to using the subgrid. How do I pass extra parameters to the subgrid so I can change the sql query? For example, in the Northwind Database example (examples/hierarchy/subgrid_2_levels), what would I change to say pass the "City" field to the subgrid and do a sqlquery based on that parameter e.g. "SELECT * FROM Orders where ShipCity = ?"
