Hello,

I think that other CSS related rules on your page break this, In order to isolate - place just only the jqGrid related files on the page and see if this occur, If not try to add step by step the other CSS and see which one brake the grid.

Regards

Hello -

I am finding some strange behavior in IE8 -- the pgtext always wants to display on two lines: sometimes "Page" on the first line and the rest on the second, sometimes "Page X" on the first and the rest on the second. There is plenty of room in the pager for it to display across in one line, but nothing I have done has made it work.

In Firefox it works fine, and I can just change the height of pager so that everything shows in IE, but is there a better solution?

Thank you very much,
