And everything works fine.  But when i click on a field to edit it and the modal box opens, the entire page contents move down about 200px.  Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?  Or have another idea for how to better position jqgrid on a page that contains other contents?  The link to my page is here:  http://www.memohotel.com/prova.php
