First you have a great plugin thanks for that from all developers around me :), i managed to get all working at my end(paging, sorting and all), now what i want is when page loads for the first time i want to open the complete jqgrid in a popup of jqmodal not on the base window.Yes i tried but but didnt get the answer than i tried with jquery impromptu it opens in it but paging and sorting stops working.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
