I need to contract out the implementation of jqgrid itself. All backend work would be handled for you. You can retrieve all the relevant information from our API in json format, and we can expand the API upon your request. 

We have advanced requirements so please be very familiar with jqgrid. Huge number of records(100k+), need to be able to sort and filter the entire set (while still loading quickly), etc.
