Check what you return from the server, maybe you have set some values that disable this.

Any tips on what to check for my pager bar at the bottom of the grid.

It states Page '0 of 0'  and 'View -19 - 0 of 20'

The forward and back navigations are not enabled.  There should be just over 300 rows of data and I can change the 'RowNum' in the HTML to increase this but can not move to other pages.
