In the example, like in most other examples, will be used empty "<table>" element. So it stay the same if you use or not Razor View. I hope you will find in the example the things which you can use.

We are evaluating and will likely purchase If we can see a basic sample working.   I have managed to get get the older samples targeted to earlied versions of .NET working.    The grid itself makes sense .. just a bit confused on dependencies and syntax for the views.
