dizo on Master / Detail - Add Data to Detail

I have a Problem with a Master/Detail grid. When i Click on the "Add" Button in the Detail grid i receive an error

"Could not insert – fields can not be build"

If i look with Firebug i see that the CustomerID Field is no send with the POST data.

I used the Code From the Example "Master/Detail" on the Example Page.

Any Suggestions?
