Jqgrid is awesome. We have 2 issues though.

1. A user registers with our website and is assigned a reg_id.

Now when he/she logs in we pass this reg_id to grid.php where we would like to insert this reg_id along with some other data related to this specific user. We are able to insert the data except for the reg_id which shows as 0. Please note we are able to edit and delete data from the database in grid.php using using reg_id.

2. Continuation of point 1:

I need to limit the number of input records/rows to 5 and incase a user tries to input a 6th record he/she is redirect to another page.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help us out or point us to an existing relevant solution.
