  I have a large table (over 500,000 record) and would like to use JQgrid to show the record. Is is possible to do all the paging , sorting etc on the server side.

I am using PHP and SQLITE

E.g. data

[]|Idx|Filename|Date|Size...

I would like  the user to select file (link) and have it open in a editor . In addition, the user should be able to select multiple records (checkbox).

Can I use JQgrid with server side processing?.
