Not necessary to find simulator. Just installing a windows server 2003 that comes with ie6 and then update to ie7 into a virtual machine could help to do the test for you. Regarding to not support IE 7 by jquery, jquery 1.x until 1.10.2 is supporting IE 7. It is the new jquery 2.x which is not supporting IE 7, but not only IE 7, IE 8 will not be suppported. Only IE 9 and later versions. Anyway for me is not a problem as I am using jquery 1.x. ALso I guess that jqgrid currently is supporting IE 7, or not?

Hello,

It all depends on your configuration, your code your setting and plugins used.

It is very hard to find this.

I know it is maybe very important to you, but to be a honest with you - I do not have any IE7 at my computers.

Maybe I should find a simulator, but it is a hard job.

Anyway - afer some time jQuery will do not support IE7, as any other plugins too- including jqGrid.

Kind Regards

I have a jqrid below a jquery-ui accordion. When using IE 7, jqGrid is not rendered correctly, and its position is not updated when the above panels of the jquery-ui accordion are collapsed and/or expanded until I pass the mouse over the jqGrid, the jqGrid is rendered ok and positioned ok. It is only happening in IE 7. For IE 8, IE 9, and IE 10 is working perfectly. I am using jquery-1.10.2.js and jquery-ui-1.10.3.js.

What's happening? any ideas?
