<a href='/aaaaa/bbbbb/Temp222-322012.82454' onclick="return confirm('Are you sure you want to delete this item?')">Delete</a> 

Pressing either the OK or the Cancel in the javascript confirm message box processes the action. The cancel button should not process the action.

Any ideas?
