in jqModal.js in line 41 open:function(s,t){.... change position:'fixed' to position:'absolute' and work fine

i have problem with position in IE 7 and 8 when i press search button it move grid down and show the search box in he top of page. I use jqGrid 3.4.4. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem and what exactly to change in jqModal.css?

PS and yes maybe this fixed in 3.5.3 but i must correct this without update jqGrid
