So I have my grid and I initially load it with xml from a url.  Great.  Then I add additional rows to the grid manually client-side.

Now I wnat to be able to:

a) Get all rows of the current grid.

b) search the grid for particulat values (in code, not using the search dialog). i.e. I want to find rows with particular values so i can remove them.

Any thoughts?
