Is there a property or method that I can use to highlight a complete row not just a cell. In doc's there is property called setcell to colorize or to highlight a cell instead is there any property or method to do for whole row?

My requirement is to find repeating numbers in the grid and highlight those numbers/rows...Am able to find out the repeating number by writing down a function in the loadcomplete but am not able find the method to highlight/addClass to the entire repeating rows.

If anyone could give me any solution that would be of great help.
