sorry but the page works on the  intranet of the company and the code  is equals to any example on internet but i use only two columns with the property editable:true and the grid with celledit:true but I'm not sure if the problem is the jqgrid or is the bootstrap because the grid and the events function properly

i have a grid with celledit but the screen have much controls and the grid most be on the bottom  the problem is  when i click on any cell editable or no editable the screen return to the top  this happens only with the grid have the property of celledit and all the controls must always be visible
