Maybe I'm too new at jQuery, but I can't devise any wizardry to help me find that specific column. Perhaps I could modify the jqGrid code to help me accomplish this specifically...

Any other thoughts? Would you like to see my changes if I can get this working cleanly?

Any ideas?
