I can't get a column date format to work. I keep getting "Please, enter valid date value  - Y-m-d" What I really want is the format "dd-mon-yyyy" like 31-DEC-2001 but I'm not sure how to code that.

And is there a datepicker control? I thought I read about that but can't seem to find a link.
