I have four jqGrids on one page (aspx),  the Page_Load event was fired four times every time the page was refreshed. And if I reduce the number of jqGirds to three, the page then refreshes itself three times, so far and so forth. 
Not only this is causing the page to load four times as slow, it also means I loose all user entered data on the client side.
I'm wondering has anyone else encountered this problem? and how to I stop the jqGrid from firing the page_load event?
