Hi Tony,

I know how to go form grid to grid, But I am wanting to go from grid to Div, where the div is NOT part of the grid.

eg dragging a row from the grid and displaying the row in a different format in the div.

Hi,

Is there a method within a draggable jqgrid that will let me get the row id that is being dragged when I drop the row on a div.

So to make this clear i want to drag a row form a jqgrid and drop that row on a div outside the jqgrid. Can this be done, and how can I do this.

I know how to make the grids draggable, but I do not know know to get the row id of the grid row and the droppable div id when dropping the row on the div.

please help
