And I don't speak very well english but I don't understand everythings I need help.

Also, I didn't understand this section:

  1. A database with some sample data, ????
  3. A server-side component to act as an interface between your web page and the database. ????

I din't understand this parameter too: url:'example.php',

What this mind ? For using jqGrid, I must to have my data on database ? what  there are in this exemple.php ? Can I have an exemple of this page, please ?
