I signed up as a new user just today.  

I am not sure why, but when I look at some of the examples of jgrid with Firebug I notice that there a many many warnings of deprecation within the code .. nodeValue, Attribute(), getAttributeNodeNS() etc .. to name but a few. 

I would have thought that as a project that has constant ongoing development that these issues (minor as they are now of course) would nonetheless have been picked off some time ago ... 

Which leads me to think that there is something else going on which I am missing. 

I checked the forums for any other mention of this and found nothing ...

Anyone care to comment?
