Rather than Prev, Next, and the text input to change the page, I would like to display page numbers such as 1, 2, 3, etc.  Is it possible to do this without customizing jqGrid?

So all the icons are defined by jQuery UI Theme roller. If you will use customized theme you will see another icon instead.
