I have the same problem.. but If I do that you say.. The property apply for both cases..

I found the solution if you're interested:

Using events in a form:

beforeShowForm: function (formid) {
document.getElementById ('tr_att_type'). style.display = 'none';
}

where:
tr_att_type - parameter names from colmodel
display - option ('none' - visibility, ''- hidden)

Hello,

I have a problem and can not find answer in wiki docs...

Questions: Is there any way to set custom (different) forms for Edit and Add modes.

Example:

My table had 3 columns (col1,col2,col3).

I need (using pageNav buttoms) open 'Add form' with fields col1,col2 (col3 is hidden) and Edit form with fields col2,col3 (col1 is hidden).
