When editing/adding a record in jqgrid I have it so the modal window pops up and I can edit or add a record. Just like the

But for the one field I want to have multiple checkboxes pulled dynamically from the database. So multiple checkboxes can be selected for the one field.

I can't seem to figure it out. Any help I would greatly appreciate it.
