However I am validating my data on the server side like the input date with the date stored in the DB.If the date needed to be changed in DB then it opt for user to do it and if not then he will back to the form.I was able to successfully stored the data in the DB without any confirmation but however the requirement change.Hoping the requirement is clear ,let me know if you need further details.
