xmlmap:">name"  

the > tells grid we mean only a direct child.

im using an xml where both device & device_child have "name"

<device>

        <name>a</name>

         <device_child>

              <name>b</name>

         </device_child>

</device>

when i set xmlmap , name , index , to "name"

the grid parses both device & device_child's "name"

and concats them - in this exmaple: "ab" is displayed.

is there anyway i could map device name only?
