I found this problem with IE 8 on Windows XP, with Firefox the behaviour is correct, how this can be fixed?

I've some columns with a select combo.

They are defined in the colmode, and I can use them for searching, editing, however what I can see is that on editing the select combo always start showing the first element of the list and never the last element picked from the current value,

how to solve this?

I have a combo with current values:

1:Cash

2:Credit Card

3:Wire Transfer

In my Column the current value is 3:Wire Transfer but on edit the select combo ALWAYS start with element 1! But when I look at all demos, for ex. the ship columns (Fedex, etc) the behaviour is correct…what can I do?
