by default, the form field label is the same as the column name on the grid. Is there a way to change the field label on the form to make it different with the column name?

For example, I have a "Date" column on the grid. On the edit form, I want to do "Date (MM/DD/YYY)"  instead of "Date" to show instuction for the date input.
