Thanks in advance for your time to look into this post.

I have created a page using asp.net MVC and JqGrid (version 4.2) . The height of the Caption Layer in the Jqgrid looks good in IE8. But when I remove the "Compatability View" check mark in IE, the Caption layer height is increasing. For example in IE8 it's height looks like some 20px then it grows to around 50px in previous versions of IE this is just to give an example. Does the Jqgrid css works in all browsers?
