        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>This functions very well, but if the total width of columns is wider than the fixed width, the the toolbar search fields are all "forced to fit". the Input fields are not nearly placed above the corresponding column. </p>
<p>is there any possibility to get this fixed?</p>
