I just tried jqgrid today and still exploring it's features. Currently I have successfully edit inline and add new record. Here are what I want to know:

  • How to capture or show the result from each edit or add, I mean is it success or fail status and error status.
  • How to add new form field on add new which is not displayed on edit mode
  • How to add hidden field
