We need to be able to Add a new record prepopulated with the data from an existing record.

So when we edit a record I could envision it would have the usual "Submit" save button, with an menu option to select either "Save" or "Insert as new row". The idea being you would change something about the record but use most of the same data as an existing record.

For those that have used phpMyAdmin, it would be similar to what they do in their edit screen with options for "Save" or "Insert as new row".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
