Such as

case "dwr"
      myDwrFunction(data);
break;

I think that this can be done in javascript. I am just not sure how to define the function both in the component and in the final html page.

Basically we want to be able to use out own javascript funtion to get and load the data into the grid yet still have access to the paging information.
